Do you use quality parts?
Yes. We use high-quality parts, and our repairs come with a warranty. Water damage repairs are the one exception and are not covered.
Is my phone data safe?
We never go through your phone, and we take every step possible to protect your data, but data loss is always a risk with any repair. We recommend backing up your phone to iCloud or Google, if possible, before bringing it in for repair.
What if my phone got wet?
Power it off and bring it in as soon as possible. Don't charge it. The sooner we see it, the better the odds. Water damage repairs are not covered by warranty.
Protect it after the repair
Covrd is a monthly protection plan for accidental damage, including cracked screens, back glass and liquid damage, plus mechanical or electrical breakdown. Sign up at the shop when you pick up your phone, or ask us about it anytime.
Covrd does not cover loss or theft. It covers accidental damage and mechanical or electrical breakdown only. If your phone is lost or stolen, Covrd won't replace it.

Phone plans pay for repair or replacement up to your phone's value. Accidental damage is covered from day 1, and breakdowns are covered after 30 days.

Covrd Home
Unlimited electronics at one home address: TVs, computers, tablets, wearables, game consoles and controllers, keyboards, mice, smart home devices, speakers and headphones. Phones, drones, motorized vehicles and large appliances are not included.

- Unlimited claims within those limits
- $99 deductible
- Coverage starts after 30 days
All Covrd plans cover accidental damage, including liquid damage, and mechanical or electrical breakdown. Loss and theft are not covered on any plan. On the Everything and Home plans, breakdown coverage lasts up to 36 months from the device's purchase date. Additional devices are registered with AKKO. Eligibility and terms apply. Covrd is separate from our Peace of Mind plan.
